It’s a clip of Rahaan playing a party in Chicago in 2004. Watch the whole thing to see an absolute master at work.
He teases them with that bassline forever then completely turns the music off for over a minute but the crowd is so pumped they just keep dancing, chanting “we don’t need no music!” then when he brings it back in (on time to their chanting) everybody loses their minds.
